The same family has owned this home for over 60 years, and took pride in ownership. Dad was a finishing carpenter and did all the cabnets and wood work, which were beautful for that era. The back yard has the tiered rock walls that had beautiful flower and vegetables gardens. Then at the front, there's a brick single car garage, plus tons of street parking. The main floor has 3 good sized bedrooms, plus a large welcoming kitchen, that also leads to the back yard. There's an open dining and living area, that has a view of the mountains, hospital, high school and street below. Down downstairs would make a great inlaw suite, with its own front entance. It already has the kitchen, a large family room and work shop, that could be converted to more living space. Oh and we can't forget about the wine/cold room! This home is located within walking distance to shopping, downtown, hospital, doctor offices, the aquatic center, school and sport events. There's plenty of room for everyone! With lots of storage both inside and out. Be sure to add this to your viewing list.

About
As a young woman I moved to Argenta from Toronto. After a year I moved to Kaslo BC. It was paradise then, and thirty years later, it is still paradise. My children were born and raised here and they will always identify Kaslo BC and the Kootenays as home.
What I bring to real estate is this personal investment. The area is unique, wonderful and varied. There are a spectrum of properties, from small to large, upscale to rambling and rustic. Bringing together good matches of people and place is what I love about my job. My sense of community is finely tuned and I can identify the nuances of what will work and what may be a challenge for anyone new to the area. For local people needing to change, my network and experience helps me find what they need. It’s important to me that we create a community. I want to help my neighbours and invite others in.
My business goal is to be able to offer clients choices that best fit their budget and needs. It may take time and research, but being able to provide real life solutions to real estate is important to me.
