Truly beautiful property of over an acre adjoining the championship Balfour golf course with spectacular views over Kootenay lake to Loki peak. One can drive one’s golf cart straight onto the fairway. Property has been sympathetically and selectively cleared to provide unobstructed views forward while maintaining a sylvan backdrop. All weather, level road access for large vehicles makes for easy further development. Property has 200 amp service to an insulated workshop with over-height, powered, up-and-over door. This building has water and a manager/groundsman’s office to the rear. The main structure is a beautiful, peaked, shingled roof, vinyl sided, park model mobile, fully plumbed into its own septic field and designed specifically to take advantage of the spectacular view. The property has its own well and a brand new pump and variable speed control system. Contact listing agent for additional purchase options. Balfour itself is a vibrant, eminently livable community with a grocery store, bakery, gas station, marina and three restaurants. Ainsworth Hot Springs is only a ten minute drive away. Soak those winter aches away before settling down with a hot drink before your cheerful fireplace, your car safe and warm in the heated garage.

About
As a young woman I moved to Argenta from Toronto. After a year I moved to Kaslo BC. It was paradise then, and thirty years later, it is still paradise. My children were born and raised here and they will always identify Kaslo BC and the Kootenays as home.
What I bring to real estate is this personal investment. The area is unique, wonderful and varied. There are a spectrum of properties, from small to large, upscale to rambling and rustic. Bringing together good matches of people and place is what I love about my job. My sense of community is finely tuned and I can identify the nuances of what will work and what may be a challenge for anyone new to the area. For local people needing to change, my network and experience helps me find what they need. It’s important to me that we create a community. I want to help my neighbours and invite others in.
My business goal is to be able to offer clients choices that best fit their budget and needs. It may take time and research, but being able to provide real life solutions to real estate is important to me.
