Five bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 2 living areas, a dining room, spacious kitchen, main floor laundry, office space, and a wide south-facing veranda are supported by a massive granite block foundation. There is plenty of storage in the large unfinished basement space for gear and extras. The lovely, mature landscaped yard is a private retreat. Park and walk to everything you need - main street shops and the winter ski bus are just steps away. Sold fully furnished, it's a turnkey option with no strata fees, perfect for a mountain getaway or permanent residence. About
As a young woman I moved to Argenta from Toronto. After a year I moved to Kaslo BC. It was paradise then, and thirty years later, it is still paradise. My children were born and raised here and they will always identify Kaslo BC and the Kootenays as home.
What I bring to real estate is this personal investment. The area is unique, wonderful and varied. There are a spectrum of properties, from small to large, upscale to rambling and rustic. Bringing together good matches of people and place is what I love about my job. My sense of community is finely tuned and I can identify the nuances of what will work and what may be a challenge for anyone new to the area. For local people needing to change, my network and experience helps me find what they need. It’s important to me that we create a community. I want to help my neighbours and invite others in.
My business goal is to be able to offer clients choices that best fit their budget and needs. It may take time and research, but being able to provide real life solutions to real estate is important to me.
