This is one of the most coveted streets in town, offering the most incredible and jaw dropping views you will get anywhere. Deer Run drive is an amazing place to live for all nature lovers who don't quite want the hassle of acreage. Out your door is nature all around, as right behind this property is the Kimberley Nordic Club, with its kilometers and kilometers of trails, for both classic and skate skiing in winter, and mountain biking or hiking in summer. This location is also right at the base of some of the alpine ski runs at Kimberley Alpine Resort. Connecting to the Nordic trails is the Kimberley Nature park, adding hundreds of hectares of nature and trails for you to enjoy. As far as building goes, there is no time frame to build, but you must have a geotechnical study done, follow the BC Building code, the RRS-1 zoning regulations, and have the City of Kimberley approve your building plans. This is a fee simple, non-strata lot, within the City of Kimberley, so you would connect to City water and sewer, and have City garbage and recycling pickup, and it is within the City Fire protection area as well. There is a lot of gorgeous new building happening on this street, with the number of vacant lots diminishing more and more. This is your chance to live on one of the most amazing streets in town. (For sale sign placements are approximate and survey pins would need to be relocated by a buyer.)

About
Hi, may I take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Lauren Gervais. I was born in Dublin Ireland, where I lived until I decided to move to Fernie in 2012 following a ski trip of a lifetime; my first trip to Canada! After spending one week in Fernie I knew I had to return to further my experience in one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited. After a lot of thought I made the big decision to move to Fernie for only a ski season; 11 years later I am still here, married to a local and proud owner of an amazing house in Baynes Lake.
There are so many wonderful reasons why I choose to live in this area, the scenery, outdoor lifestyle, skiing, golfing, hiking, camping, the list goes on! Above all else the one thing that really struck me was the people, everyone so amazing.
Having worked the past 15 years in sales and marketing I am very
comfortable approaching and meeting people, with a clear focus on - to aim to
please and customer satisfaction. I am hard working, trustworthy, reliable and
extremely passionate about what I do. I would relish the opportunity to work
with you, my focus being to give you the best advice and unrivaled service
resulting in delivering your end goal. Whether you are thinking of buying or
selling I am here to help out in any way that I can.
I look forward to meeting you!
